    Vinařství SCV, které se nachází v Kalifornii, ve vinařské oblasti Sonoma Coast, založili v roce 2011 John a Barbara Dradyovi spolu s vinařem Anthonym Austinem. Vinice se nacházejí pouhých pět mil od Tichého oceánu a těží z chladného klimatu této oblasti západně od Russian River Valley. Společnost vyrábí řemeslná vína vynikající kvality převážně z hroznů odrůd Chardonnay, Pinot Noir a Sauvignon Blanc.

    Hrozny pro Gold Ridge Hills Chardonnay pocházejí z vinic Petersen Vineyard a Antonio Mountain Vineyard, které se nacházejí v západní části pobřeží Sonoma. Půdu zde tvoří převážně písčitá hlína řady Goldridge, která je ideální pro pěstování odrůd Pinot Noir a Chardonnay.

    Toto Chardonnay je charakterní víno s příjemnou vůní a světle citronově žlutou barvou. Vůně je máslová se sladkou vůní tropického ovoce a třešňového květu. V chuti je víno měkké a hedvábné s tóny briošky a tropického ovoce, které se příjemně vracejí v závěru, a s lehkým minerálním nádechem, který dodává vínu komplexnost. Jedná se o středně plné víno, které se dobře hodí k bílému masu podávanému s máslovými omáčkami nebo ke krabům.
