    Ve sklepě vydrží až 10 let, bez nutnosti dekantace. Od roku 1996 Dumol vyrábí vína, která vznikají s důrazem na terroir vlastních, pronajatých a partnerských vinic v Russian River Valley. Vína Wester Reach debutovala v roce 2019. Ctí projevy specifické pro danou lokalitu prostřednictvím promyšleného míchání, vyvažování a harmonizace. Tento projekt pochází od dvacetiletého vinaře a vinohradníka Andyho Smithe, který svou kariéru zasvětil důvěrnému poznání půdy a jejího ovoce a následnému využití nejlepších sklepních technik k předvedení čistoty. Wester Reach Chardonnay využívá ovoce z pěti vinic. Z vinařství DuMOL Estate pochází víno, jehož základem je minerální pohon. Flax Estate je středem vína a přináší široké tóny ovocného sadu. Ovoce ze starých vinic Ritchie Vineyard vykazuje pomerančovo-mandarinkovou intenzitu. Morelli propůjčuje vínu vláčnou strukturu a jasné citrusy, zatímco Heintz Ranch se projevuje pikantněji a přináší komplexní botanické a lanýžové vlastnosti. Víno kvasí a zraje 11 měsíců v sudech, z toho 30 % nových, prochází plnou jablečno-mléčnou fermentací a před lahvováním se 3 měsíce usazuje. Víno je bohaté a texturní, s vůní bílé broskve, mandarinky, krystalizovaného zázvoru, lískových oříšků a ocelově minerálních látek. V chuti se objevují jemnější peckoviny a citrusové oleje, ale v závěru je víno živé. Chardonnay Wester Reach kombinujte s drůbeží nebo měkkýši, přílohami z pečeného květáku a zimní dýně nebo komplexním salátem k hlavnímu chodu s pečenou řepou, pistáciemi, citrusy, kozím sýrem a teplým vinaigrettem.
