    Lze skladovat ve sklepě po dobu 10 let. Není třeba dekantovat, ale nejlepší je otevřít ho hodinu před podáváním.

    Po více než tři století vyrábí rodina Dominiqua Pirona vína vynikající kvality v nejvýznamnějších křížových oblastech Beaujolais. Hrozny, pěstované s respektem k přírodě a biologické rozmanitosti, se sklízejí ručně. Vinifikace respektuje identitu každého terroir, což podtrhuje elegantní charakter a čistotu těchto vín. Vinařství Dominique Piron, které se nachází na severu Beaujolais, v obci Villie Morgon, je odborným tiskem oceňováno pro svou stálou kvalitu a velký respekt ke specifikům každého terroiru.

    Víno Fleurie se vyrábí z hroznů odrůdy Gamay z padesátiletých vinic. Cru se nachází na severu Beaujolais na růžových žulových půdách, které produkují více kyselin a lehká a jemná vína než ostatní oblasti Beaujolais.

    Víno odhaluje intenzivní karmínově červenou barvu. Ve vůni se rozvíjí květinové a ovocné aroma: kosatec, fialka, sušená růže a červené bobule. Na patře se ovoce vehementně vrací. Chuť černého rybízu je intenzivní. Třísloviny jsou jemné a pružné. Toto lehké a ovocné víno by se mělo ochutnávat mírně vychlazené a skvěle se hodí k jednoduchým místním pokrmům, jako je kachní rillette, ke krůtím sendvičům a grilovanému kuřeti.
