Nákupní proces a výběr produktů jsou dobré, ale doručovací služba s UPS je mizerná. Bohužel už nebudu nakupovat kvůli tomu, že mi je doručuje UPS, která nikdy nerespektuje datum/čas a falešně se vymlouvá na nepřítomnost, když jsem tam byl a vzal si volno, abych tam mohl být.

    Clos de la Roilette se nachází na okraji oblasti Moulin-à-Vent cru, což napomáhá vytvoření odvážnějšího stylu Fleurie, než je tradičnější styl. Zdejší jílovité půdy jsou bohaté na mangan v kontrastu s typičtějšími žulovými půdami Fleurie a jsou osázeny starou révou ve stáří až 80 let. Část těchto starých vinic se používá k výrobě vína Griffe du Marquis, které je jediným sudovým Beaujolais na panství.

    Pro zajištění výjimečné kvality hotového vína jsou vinice pečlivě obdělávány ručně a hrozny jsou sklízeny ručně. Ve vinařství probíhá kvašení pomocí divokých kvasinek ve velkých otevřených kádích. Griffe du Marquis se každoročně vyrábí ve velmi omezeném množství a je všeobecně považováno za referenční víno pro Fleurie i pro širší oblast Beaujolais.

    Víno se otevírá svůdnými tóny jasných červených bobulí a třešní, zatímco první doušek odhalí svěží kyselinku vyváženou hladkými tříslovinami a tóny sušených bylin a lékořice. Středně plné tělo a dobře vyvinutá struktura z něj dělají skvělé víno, které si můžete vychutnat k červeným masům a uzeninám i tvrdým sýrům.
