Celkově jsem měl pozitivní zkušenost, mají široký výběr vín, z nichž některá jinde těžko seženete – to je hlavní důvod, proč u nich stále nakupuji, navíc slevy jsou přiměřené a časté, ale... jejich slevové kódy pro první nabídku fungují pouze při první objednávce, což by samo o sobě nevadilo, ale proč mi tedy posílají slevový kupón v každém balíčku, který si objednám, proč mě spamují e-maily a pokaždé, když se přihlásím na web? To mě opravdu štve... pak je jejich systém věrnostních bodů k ničemu, především proto, že i po utracení 250 € za jednu objednávku dostanete jen smetánku, ale i ta vám vyprší, pokud si brzy neobjednáte znovu, což je přinejmenším nespravedlivé... A nakonec, pokud dostanete víno s korkovou příchutí, víno s jakoukoli vadou nebo víno, z něhož uniklo víno (moje poslední objednávka obsahovala láhev Caymus Cabernet za 100 $ s netěsnou zátkou, kvůli čemuž víno chutnalo jako převařené a bez chuti), nemají zavedený žádný postup, jak víno vyměnit, vrátit, získat náhradu nebo náhradní balení – vůbec žádný, což je pro každého sběratele vína naprosté tabu... celkově tedy zatím dávám 3 hvězdičky

overall i had a positive experience, they have a wide range of wines, some which are hard to find anywhere else - the main reason i still buy from them, plus the discounts are fair and often, but... their codes for the first offer only works at the first offer, which if fine, but then why would you send me the voucher in each package i order, why spam me on the email and every time i log in on the website? this is really bothering me... then their rewards points system is useless, first of all because you only get peanuts even after spending €250 on an order, but even those peanuts will expire if you won't order again soon, which is unfair, to say the least... and lastly, if you get a corked wine, a wine with any deffect or a wine that leaked (my last order contained a bottle of $100 Caymus Cabernet with a leaking cork, which made the wine tasted cooked and flat), they have no procedure put in place for you to replace or return the wine or to get a refund or replacement - none, which is a big no no no for any wine collector... so all in all i give it 3 stars for now
