UPS was horrible. First they announced the expected delivery and then they kept my wife waiting entire day and in the end did NOT deliver without any notice (!). The next morning only they advised the changed expected delivery date (!) and this time it was successful. The whole day waisted, no chance to call the courier. Awful experience! Arrogant bastards.

UPS bylo příšerné. Nejdřív oznámili předpokládaný termín doručení a pak nechali mou ženu čekat celý den, až nakonec zásilku NEDORUČILI, aniž by o tom jakkoli informovali (!). Teprve následujícího rána nás informovali o změně předpokládaného termínu doručení (!) a tentokrát už to vyšlo. Celý den promarněný, bez možnosti zavolat kurýrovi. Hrozná zkušenost! Arogantní parchanti.

Nejslavnější francouzská šumivá vína se vyrábějí v oblasti Champagne na severu země. Zdejší chladné klima je ideální pro výrobu svěžích a elegantních šumivých vín z místních hroznů Chardonnay, Pinot Noir a Pinot Meunier. Šampaňské Blanc de Noirs se vyrábí pouze z černých hroznů Pinot Noir a Pinot Meunier, zatímco Blanc de Blancs obsahuje pouze Chardonnay.

Jak se vyrábí šampaňské

Producenti musí při výrobě šampaňského dodržovat přísná pravidla, včetně ruční sklizně všech hroznů a zrání šumivého vína v lahvi po dobu nejméně 15 měsíců. Nejlepší šampaňské musí být také vyrobeno tradiční metodou. Ovoce projde primárním kvašením, aby vzniklo základní víno, které se pak znovu nechá zkvasit v láhvi. Díky těsnému kontaktu s kvasinkami tak vznikají drobné, jemné bublinky a intenzivnější chuťový profil

Šampaňské je všestranným partnerem pro jídlo a může se dobře kombinovat se vším od ústřic a sushi přes smažené kuře až po popcorn. Toto šumivé víno se obzvláště dobře hodí k jídlům, která jsou krémová nebo bohatá, jako jsou sýry a těžké omáčky, protože svěžest a kyselost působí jako čistič chuti.
