Historie Cantine Pasqua sahá téměř sto let do minulosti. Byla založena ve Veroně v roce 1925, kdy se první generace bratrů Pasquových rozhodla zasvětit svůj život výrobě benátských vín. Během krátké doby se společnost etablovala na italské i mezinárodní vinařské scéně. Umberto Pasqua nyní vede společnost se svými syny Riccardem a Alessandrem, druhou a třetí generací této rodiny vinařů, kteří vyvážejí vynikající italská vína do celého světa.

Toto šumivé víno se vyrábí z místních hroznů odrůdy Glera a mezinárodního Rulandského modrého. Terroir a klimatické podmínky zaručují výrobu jedinečného vína, které prochází druhým kvašením metodou Charmat v ocelových autoklávech po dobu 60 dnů, aby se zachovala svěžest a vytvořila charakteristická jemná a trvalá perla.

Pasqua Prosecco Rosé Extra Dry je víno jemně růžové barvy. Je lehké a osvěžující, s výraznou vůní ovoce, jako jsou jablka a hrušky, s tóny jahod a malin, doprovázené kvasnicemi a chlebovou kůrkou. Na patře je příjemné a harmonické a vykazuje živou perlivost a vytrvalou pěnu. Je to lahodný aperitiv, ale výborně se hodí k mořským plodům, zejména škeblím a mušlím, nebo k lehkým sýrům.
