Vinice Chateau La Mascaronne se rozkládají na 60 hektarech a leží na útesu. Půda je zde obdělávána tak, aby se kořeny vyvíjely do hloubky, a réva je tak odolnější vůči suchu a nepotřebuje zavlažování. Výsadba je prováděna převážně v severojižní orientaci, aby se využila nejlepší expozice, a staré vinice jsou nezbytnou součástí vinařského dědictví.

Směs se skládá z 20 % Syrahu, 40 % Grenache, 25 % Cinsaultu a 15 % Rolle. Sklizeň, vždy brzy ráno, probíhá výhradně ručně. Hrozny se sklízejí v optimální zralosti a hrozny se vybírají na vinici i ve sklepě, aby se zachovaly jen ty nejkvalitnější plody. Château La Mascaronne Rosé je skutečným výrazem svého terroir: jeho kvalita je dána nejen odrůdami hroznů použitými ve směsi, ale také vlastnostmi půdy, na které jsou vysazeny.

Jeho typická provensálská barva, krásná světle růžová, vykazuje jasné odlesky. Ve vůni se odráží aromatický charakter vína. Je jemná a intenzivní a vyniká velkou komplexností s tóny drobných bílých květin a ovocných sadů, zejména broskví, podpořených citrusovým nádechem. V chuti je víno kulaté a živé, s jemnou ovocnou svěžestí a příjemným závěrem. Je vynikající jako aperitiv a ke grilovaným filetům parmice nebo bílému masu.
