    Tento nádherný ročník Cremant de Limoux, vyrobený stejnou tradiční metodou, jakou se vyrábí šampaňské, je vynikající volbou pro vychutnání jako aperitiv při neformálních rodinných setkáních. Rodina Antechů vyrábí Cremant de Limoux již po šest generací. V současné době je provoz v rukou bratrů Georgese a Rogera a Georgesovy dcery Francoise, která je považována za jednu z nejtalentovanějších francouzských vinařek.

    Tento živý Cremant, který se skládá z hroznů odrůd Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Mauzac a Pinot Noir, zraje na vinných kalech celkem 18 měsíců, což dodává hotovému vínu komplexnost a bohatost. Aby Antechovi dodali vínu jemný nádech sladkosti, který vyváží jeho intenzivní svěžest, přidávají při stáčení vína skromnou dávku 8 gramů na litr.
