Vina Aquitania se nachází v nádherném prostředí přímo pod majestátními Andami v nedotčeném údolí Maipo v Chile a byla založena v roce 1990 dvěma známými vinaři z Bordeaux, Brunem Pratsem a Paulem Pontallierem, a jejich chilským přítelem Felipe de Solminihacem. Na začátku projektu měli 18 hektarů půdy v Quebrada de Macul, kde zpočátku vysadili převážně Cabernet Sauvignon a trochu Merlotu a Carmenere.

Toto úžasné Chardonnay ukazuje čistotu a kvalitu terroir panství a nabízí moderní pojetí této všudypřítomné odrůdy, která se vyskytuje po celém světě. Ovoce se vinifikuje v nerezových tancích a před lahvováním se nechává 5 měsíců zrát na kalech. Díky tomu na patře převládají jasné ovocné chutě a vzniká lehké a elegantní Chardonnay, které je ideální k vychutnání jako aperitiv.

Ze sklenice se nejprve linou živé tóny grapefruitu, manga a papáji, následované tóny smetany, bílých broskví a meruněk. První doušek odhalí lahodnou kyselinku, spoustu intenzivních chutí citrusů a ovocných sadů a čistý, čistý závěr.
