    I quattro fratelli Mildiani hanno deciso di seguire la loro passione per il vino e la viticoltura, fondando l'azienda vinicola di famiglia nella regione di Kakheti, nella Georgia orientale, nel 1991. Dopo il grande successo ottenuto con il loro vino Saperavi, premiato in vari concorsi internazionali, l'azienda ha raggiunto una grande popolarità sia in Georgia che all'estero.

    Questo splendido Orange Wine della cantina Mildiani è prodotto con uve Rkatsiteli, un antico vitigno bianco autoctono della Repubblica di Georgia. Coltivato da diversi millenni, questo vitigno è ancora oggi l'uva da vino bianco più popolare della Georgia, insieme al Sapevari rosso. La macerazione e la fermentazione delle uve nel tradizionale Qvevri conferiscono al vino il tipico colore ambrato e una grande concentrazione di aromi.

    Il vino è fortemente espressivo delle qualità dell'uva Rkatsiteli. Al naso rivela un complesso bouquet di erbe e fiori secchi, seguito da eleganti aromi di legno e spezie. Al palato, il vino è fine e rotondo, morbido e ricco di tannini maturi. L'acidità è notevole e il vino mostra un ottimo equilibrio e un retrogusto persistente. Come molti vini Orange, il Mildiani Qvevri Bouquet Rkatsiteli è un interessante aperitivo e si abbina perfettamente al tagine di agnello e alle verdure arrostite, in particolare alle melanzane.
