UPS byla příšerná. Nejdřív oznámili předpokládaný termín doručení a pak nechali moji ženu čekat celý den, až nakonec zásilku NEDORUČILI, aniž by to jakkoli oznámili (!). Teprve následujícího rána nám sdělili změněný předpokládaný termín doručení (!) a tentokrát už to vyšlo. Celý den promarněný, bez možnosti zavolat kurýrovi. Hrozná zkušenost! Arogantní hajzlové.
