    Lze skladovat ve sklepě po dobu 8 let. Není třeba dekantovat, ale nejlepší je otevřít ho hodinu před podáváním.

    Uruguayské vinařství Familia Deicas, založené v roce 2000, vyrábí vysoce kvalitní vína s využitím trvale udržitelného vinohradnictví a vždy se snaží o maximální vyjádření terroir. Vinice se rozkládají na ploše přibližně 60 hektarů a vinařské postupy vede Santiago Deicas.

    Hrozny Tannatu jsou pečlivě vybírány z vinic nacházejících se v pobřežních oblastech Maldonado, Canelones a San José, kde teploty ovlivněné blízkostí oceánského vánku podporují rychlé zrání slupek a semen, což vede k vynikající koncentraci polyfenolických sloučenin zodpovědných za barvu vína. Výsledkem je voňavé a velmi vyvážené víno, které nezraje ve dřevě a je čistým projevem hroznů Tannat.

    Atlántico Sur Reserve Tannat má intenzivní barvu s fialovými tóny. Ve vůni odhaluje svěží a ovocný aromatický profil s tóny malin, třešní, borůvek a jahod, po nichž následují květinové tóny fialek a bylin. V chuti je víno plné, ovocné a živé. Má dobré tělo a vyváženou kyselinku. Závěr je dlouhý a připomíná minerální tóny. Skvěle se hodí ke grilovanému masu nebo vepřovému kolenu.
