Ctihodné vinařství Colome bylo založeno v roce 1831 a patří k předním argentinským výrobcům vysokohorských vín Malbec. Tim Atkin MW jej ve své zprávě Argentina Report 2020 vybral jako "First Growth". Vinařství se nachází v údolí Calchaquí v provincii Salta, kde suché, pouštní podmínky a nadmořská výška pomáhají produkovat intenzivní a silná červená vína s příjemnou rovnováhou mezi komplexností, šťavnatou ovocnou chutí a elegancí.
