Felix learned his craft in the vineyard from his father and grandfather before deciding to put his own mark on the wine world. The region is known for its harsh winters and hot summers which makes winemaking here both very challenging and rewarding. Since 2000 the family have converted the estate to organic farming, while in the winery they work with wild yeasts and use gravity instead of pumping the wine.
