    Lze skladovat ve sklepě po dobu 15 let. Před podáváním nechte víno až hodinu odstát.

    Pisano's RPF má ve sklenici zářivou vínovou barvu s tmavě fialovými odstíny. Vykazuje bohatou vůni čokolády, tabákového kouře a koření, to vše se táhne za směsí červeného a černého ovoce. "RDF" odkazuje na první písmena "Reserva Personal de la Familia", protože zpočátku bylo toto víno vyhrazeno pouze pro rodinnou spotřebu. Jak je vidět, tajemství se prozradilo. Toto víno Tannat je příliš dobré na to, aby bylo ukryto za zavřenými dveřmi.

    Pisano je rodinné vinařství, které se nachází v oblasti Progreso, vinařské duši Uruguaye. Poznámka pro nezasvěcené: hrozen Tannat je pro uruguayskou produkci vína stejně důležitý jako hrozen Malbec pro Argentinu. Je pýchou a radostí země a základním výchozím bodem pro každého, kdo se chce seznámit s uruguayským vínem. Toto víno pochází z 30hektarového pozemku, který roste na vápenitých jílovitých půdách.

    RPF začíná velkorysou chutí, která nám dává výrazné aroma ostružin, malin a švestek. Ty jsou podpořeny akcenty horké čokolády, koření, cedru a dřevěného kouře. Je elegantní a suché, s tříslovinami pokrývajícími ústa a žilnatinou živé kyselinky. V dlouhém závěru vystupují do popředí dřevité třísloviny. Toto víno se skvěle hodí k mexickým jídlům, červeným masům připraveným na uruguayský způsob nebo k omáčkám z těstovin bohatým na rajčata.
