    Grasevina, chorvatský název pro odrůdu Welschriesling, je specialitou vinařství Krauthaker, které se nachází na jižních svazích hory Krndija ve vinařské oblasti Kutjevo. Téměř 65 % jejich vinic je osázeno touto odrůdou a jejich mistrovství v pěstování této odrůdy se projevuje ve víně Grasevina Mitrovac. Víno slámově žluté barvy vystupuje ze sklenice s vůní zralých jablek, meruněk, medu a heřmánku. Chuť je svěží a ovocná, s větším množstvím peckovin, krémovou a kulatou strukturou a trpkým závěrem s osvěžujícím nádechem hořkého melounu a slanosti. Nádech ušlechtilé hniloby v celém doušku dodává tomuto vínu sladkou chuť podobnou dezertnímu vínu, přestože je suché.

    Toto víno se fantasticky hodí k bohatším pokrmům z mořských plodů, jako je krabí nebo humří rizoto, k uzeninám nebo k lehkým letním předkrmům, jako je prosciutto a meloun. Dobře se hodí také jako digestiv během sýrového chodu.

    Vinařství Krauthaker ve vyhlášené vinařské oblasti Kutjevo je specialistou na Grasevinu a vyrábí více druhů této odrůdy, a to jak suchá vína, tak i sladší verze s pozdním sběrem. Grasevina Mitrovac se sklízí dva týdny po běžné Grasevině, což vínu propůjčuje některé tóny Botrytis Cinerea neboli "ušlechtilé hniloby", nicméně stále kvasí suché. Vinice Mitrovac se hnojí pouze hnojem a částečně se obdělává koňmi, aby se půda nezhutňovala a aby se dodržovala mantra Krauthakera o šetrnosti k životnímu prostředí!
