    Vinařství Archil Guniava je butikové rodinné vinařství v hornatém srdci Gruzie. Ačkoli je Kachetie největší vinařskou oblastí Gruzie, oblast Imereti (kde má Vinařství Archil Guniava svůj domov) má bohatou vinařskou historii a je velmi nedoceněná. Výrobci se snaží o malé výnosy, díky čemuž vznikají báječně svěží a osvěžující bílá vína.

    Vinařství Archil Guniava, které má celkem jen 1,5 hektaru vinic, klade důraz na kvalitu a ne na kvantitu. Jako vinaři jsou dokonale spjati s krajinou, sklízejí ručně a využívají různé ekologické metody. Ročně sklep vyrobí pouhých 18 000 lahví - tak si jednu vezměte, dokud můžete.

    Toto svěží bílé víno je směsí tří gruzínských odrůd: 60% Tsitska, 20% Tsolikouri a 20% Krakhuna. Je to ideální nápoj pro letní den, který nabízí ovocný buket zeleného jablka, zralé hrušky a citrusové kůry. V chuti je soustředěné a šťavnaté, vykazuje vysoký obsah kyselin a další detaily medu a bylin. Je to skvělý příklad nefalšovaného imeretického vína - zrálo 11 měsíců v hliněných nádobách Qvevri a lahvovalo se bez filtrace. Zvažte jeho snoubení s drůbeží, letními saláty nebo čerstvými masitými sýry.
