Celkově příjemný zážitek, ale... - dodávka se často odkládá a vína přicházejí pozdě - Měl jsem problém s promo kódem, který jste mi dali, nepodařilo se mi ho uplatnit a jiný jste mi nenabídli ani po mé stížnosti - v poslední objednávce mi přišlo zoxidované víno (viz přiložený obrázek - korek se do vína vsákl) a nevím, jak horké je získat náhradní (v běžné vinotéce stačí vrátit špuntové/zoxidované víno a jako náhradu dostanete jiné) Jinak příjemná zkušenost a budu objednávat znovu, protože máte velmi pěknou kolekci vín.
